how can I stop my 9 week old puppy biting?
I have a puppy from 8 weeks.She is now 9 weeks and has started snapping and biting everyone.
Its normal for puppies to bite, that’s just normal puppy behavior, when she bites, and nips, push her away and yell NO! in a firm voice. Don’t grab or EVER hit her because that could frighten her. Every time she bites correct her by pushing her away and firmly telling her No. Never allow her to bite, or play bite because this could progress and even carry on into older ages.
If she doesn’t have chew toys by her some, and when she bites push her back and hand her a chew toy, that’s the correct thing for her to be biting on.
