Can you answer this one?

What is wrong with this quote taken from a book on training dogs to track, search and rescue?

“Humidity is the amount of water contained in the air. If humidity is high, the air will carry a maximum amount of water. Because air’s ‘carrying capacity’ is almost saturated, it is unable to absorb any great amount of other odorous materials, severely slowing the airborne spread of scent.”

Humidity does not affect the carrying capacity of odor in the air.
