my neighbour allows their dog free ,& dogs ran to me while walking ,what should i do to solve this problem?
my neighbour sometime allows their dog free outside,& many times dogs ran to me while walking , i m afraid they may bite me,nowadays i stop walking due to this.
what should i do to solve this problem???

Talk to your neighbor and explain what the dogs are doing to you when you walk. You may also try expressing concern for their welfare – unsupervised dogs are often targets for abuse as well as risking injury/death from cars or other hazards. If that fails, call animal control.
